Components of Stenter Machine
Control Console
The fabric stenter system uses Siemens S7-1500 PLC (programmable logic controller) and realizes detailed parameters display and touchscreen operation.
Main Motor
With direct-drive transmission, the motor is free from traditional problems like oil leakage and frequent maintenance. It saves at least 40% energy.
Temperature Control
The circulating fan is controlled by Lenze frequency changer. The temperature of entire machine is regulated via an integrated instrument. Three heat sources are available, heat transfer oil, vapor and fuel gas.
